U cannot lock anything in this device after cleaning the ram no privacy at all. Really unhappy after 2 weeks

Redmi 2 battery performance is vary bad. That only work 2 hours on net and standby time is 10 hours average . always carry chargar With him.... Please tall me what about redme 2 prime battery performance plz give reply imidatly

Hi friends,
Today I received Redmi 2 Prime mobile it's buttery smooth in operation.
I have a question about this mobile. Whenever I tried calling proximity sensor works for auto screen off when I place mobile near face but when I remove it from face for looking at screen it doesn't auto on, then I have to click twice power button to switch back screen on.
Is same thing happening with everyone?
Please advise your suggestions.

Xiaomi is making us fool abt 2gb ram on prime 2 actually it has only 1gb ram and enhanced by software. I brought two phone redmi 2 (1g ram & 8gb internal memory) and redmi 2 prime (2gb ram & 16gb internal memory company said) and tested.

Despite of having 4g connection none of the online applications like playstore,facebook or explorer open up...using wifi hotspot it works fine..ny suggestions to solve this???
