redmi prime 2 is not support for jio sim
any one help me how to get a jio simI am using Redmi 2 Prime and no problem with Jio sim.
Update your MIUI Version It may work.

Guys I'm having problems with this phone as soon as I change my internet network other than jio then both the sim goes offline and no network came in either sim until I select jio as my internet network ya I know jio is 4g only network but my other sim can work on 2g and there is also no option to switch off jio sim like you can do on other network sim

Again reinstall it and store your content.please note that mkv file does not support the phone.so that u did not store any thing under this format.
