Xiaomi has a very bad after sales servicing.. wont recommend it to any one . My phone is still in the service center and its been more than a month.

Worst phone ever. Xiaomi is a fraud company. My phone stopped working in few days and as my father was using it so he dint notice that camera din't work. When i visited them after 10 days it was not working and when take to service centre, They proudly say that we know about this problem but we are not provided with the spare parts (MotherBoard). Its been 4 months and i have not used it even a single day. and from last 1 month its with service team and they are saying it may take 3-4 months more.

It says redmi2prime supports 4g and volte. I lost inserted jio and airtel. When I tried to swap data connection from jio to airtel. The phone notification shows no sim. I mailed xiaomi customer team. They said jio sim is not supported. All other 4g supporting phone supporting jio except redmi2prime.. Planning to go to consumer forum and will come with latest development

I've purchased one redmi 2 prime during last year. I have recommended for my 2 friends also. But all the three phones got compliant within a short spell of time. Mainly the user interface by MI is utter waste. So dont purchase this phone. Total waste of money. Say no to xiaomi.

if you want to use jio sim in redmi 2 prime so you need LTE for 4g and also you watch videos about jio sim in redmi go to youtube and search that
