Hi all,
I am using this phone for past 10 days and I facing a unique issue that people on other end couldn't able to hear my voice clearly. Is this because of the model having poor network strength or problem with network?? Please help me friends.

Don`t buy this piece of crap its battery drains too fast...... Battery reduced 100% to 54% in four hour in aeroplane mode without any use.. .... . If you are eager to buy this mobile then don't buy it from its official site www.mi.com.... Go for Amazon flipkart snapdeal or any other... Because you can claim there for refund..... I bought it from mi.com... . After getting replacement this one is also crap... This time xiaomi refused to replacement or refund... This time it says I shall have to go to its service center.... Wow!!! .... If you want getting headache or mentally frustration after paying your hard earned money... . Then you are welcome go and buy it... should I go to consumer Forum please suggest guys.... .

I purchased a redmi2 prime ,it is quite good.the camera is also very good,but the main prob I facing isexcessive heating after using sometime or while playing game..so there is better option than to buy a redmi2 prime

It will make drain in all phones, and also make sure that the brightness also must be 50 % only. It will keep you get 100 % result. I am using this phone and I am charging once in 2 days .only having minimum Apps using whatsapp. Also keep in mind please do switch OFF your Wi-fi when not in use and bluetooth also in off while you are not using

Hi,
I purchased new Redmi 2 prime, the big problem I'm facing in this phone is heating and battery. Mobile battery gets drained from 100% to 10% in just 2 hours (without using the mobile, no calls no games no internet... nothing). Heating is big issue, I check the battery status and its batter temperature is 43degree Celsius. MI needs to address this issue.

Redmi 2 is otg supported phone, I personally use otg in my Redmi 2
Kindly check your otg/Pendrive is working or not if they are working then contact customer care
