My phone not switch off its only when switch off then Remove bettery,,,,my main problem is my phone hanging everyday 6-7 time in a day and tAking long time to start my big fault is that i buy redmy 2 prime,,, my 7000 rs are wasted

I am getting some sort of hissing sound while calling someone..like tuning a radio to some frequency and the sound reaches a peak range sometime..can anyone please help me put with this?

If I click it, it always sa... moreDo a reset and then try...also new phones have update available to reduce heating...My phone is working fine including the battery back up.....the android users know the pathetic backup on other phones and heating issie I have faced on almost every mobile I have used sofar including nokia phones so I highly recommend this phone yes a true worth for money

I have a redmi 2 and I have absolutely no problems with it
I use it for business and also read a lot of news apps, I have on my SD card 14gb of video and music files and I have no problems
I have a full day battrey use and in my opinion it's as good as some of the famous name brands with a lot less bloat ware. I AM HAPPY TO RECCOMEND IT
