I have battery issue it last only 6 hrs with no net just calling for 30 mins will os update will help

I had no issues with the mobile for a. Week and den the mobile is getting over heat and even the charger the best part is battery last only 6hrs feeling worse many say if we update the prob will be resolved few say battery should be charged for 12 hrs wen u use it first . I charge for 3 hrs wen it reach full I disconnect and charge again wen its 30 . battery prob is worse

in. mi 2 prime every thing good but heating problem .and every thing is good .i ll buy already 3 months .just off sim 2 when u use net and use 2 to 3 apps once then ther is no heating problem. 09\12\2015

laxmanbhong, 08 Dec 2015I have purchased redmi2 prime .I found heating problem. How can I resolve?I am using it for last 5 months now and i have not faced any such issue. If you are facing it try installing powerclean app and run it. Also dont charge your phone at 50% , charge it only when it reaches below 30% it will increase battery life.

modi, 05 Dec 2015This is over heating and there is no batter pick up if there is any problem not available serv... moreSwitch off ur phone n take out ur simcards n memory card ...pull out the battery den assemble it after 5 min ....thus will help u from draing ur battery

open security>permissions>permissions>permission tab>scroll upto last getting 'display pop-up window...click it >click on app for which u want to open popup window and then click accept
green tick will come byside of it
now u r ready pop-up will come ....Repeat same for other apps
