open security>permissions>permissions>permission tab>scroll upto last getting 'display pop-up window...click it >click on app for which u want to open popup window and then click accept
green tick will come byside of it
now u r ready pop-up will come ....Repeat same for other apps

peer mohommad , 04 Dec 2015the phone is good user friendly camera quality ok ok touch response is also good the only pro... morehey buddy I admit it heats up but only due to the bug in media scanner coz u have an mkv file in. your system.... ya I too never buy any of these types of phone but redmi 2 is great as good as Samsung's hardware + software is amazing everybody knows how touchwiz lags and there is no bloatware even not the google crap.....

Anonymous, 04 Dec 2015i want to buy redmi 2 prime what about these phone good or bad plz suggestion me.Better go for meizu m2. better in all respects exept for the hybrid card slot. ie you should chose between dual sim or external sd. Iif you want both go for Redmi2 lrime itself.

Clean the trash,cache in the security pre installed aap..that will free ur ram memory...after cleaning reboot ur device....
