Sayan, 07 Dec 2016Go to update app..update your phone then your phone will be anble for 4gGo to sim management, than select your sim than go to preferd network type.than select lte only. Than agaun go to s managment . And turn on voLTE . Now you can use your jio.

while in calling of 1 minutes it takes 20 percent of battery.
in surfing internet the power loss is excessively high upto 30 to 40 percent in 5 minutes of surfing....
it takes lots of time to charge..1percent of charge reguire 20 to 30 minutes.

Vipin , 29 Nov 2016Reliance jio sim network not found in Redmi 2 handset very serious problem. Please tell me so... moreCheck coverage in ur area. Also dial *#*#4636#*#* --> Phone info 1(or2) i.e the slot number of ur jio sim. Then select Preffered Network type as LTE only / LTE. It should work.
Moreover u need to use MIUI 7.5 above to get VoLTE.
