I have bought the redmi 3s plus from a retail shop.
1) Phone looks good, resemble iphone style.
2) Full metal body.
3) Finger print is accurate.
4) Miui is smooth no lag so far.
5) Battery back up amazing 4100 mah plus quick charing enabled as well.
6) No heating issues so far.
7) Touch is very responsive.
8) Light and easy to operate on one hand.
9) Call quality is good.
10) Display is decent enough but full HD could have been better
11) Affordable price
1) No back light for back, home and recent opened apps.
Overall I give this product 10 on 10.... A decent smartphone under 10000 Rs

Anonymous, 01 Dec 2016waste of money because it hangs while booting. software is not goodA phone can hang because of plethora of reasons:
a. A bad memory card or a memory card too big
b. Loads of apps, the lesser the better
c. Bloatware - remove them if you can
I haven't heard or experienced this problem. If you face it on a recurring basis, suggest you speak to the Customer care. Let us know if any progress is made.
