i work with RN5 PRO
when i open 4 or 3 app, when i re-opened one app, the app will start from first
so for usually used, u need 4gb ram at least
for gaming u need 6gb ram
this is not just about mi phones, i have exprience with all brands

If you can give me name of One phone which gives you AMOLED and all the stuff you listed at the price of 7a. I will buy that.
Even Micromax, Lava and Xolo brands won't give all that you are asking at the price point of 7a.
