When you have ghost issue, lock the phone wipe the screen and then try using it

This is not a good device model but it's okay, the only problem is ghost touch, maybe the use of a screen protector and case... the software and the comfort of the change effect seem a bit stuck....

I don't write reviews normally but i will say the full truth here,
Been using the phone since Nov 2019 (3 years) since it was released, and i would definitely recommend it to any of my friends and family even recently, it cost me 200$ back then but now it worth about 130$ but in Turkey here still cost 200$ until this day because of IMEI registration to GSM signals upon reaching Turkey, so the value is still the same after 3 years.
About reliability this phone fell on floor more than all my previous phones but never had malfunction or a break of screen, still working amazingly, (been using it 2 years without screen protection) still no harm.
As for speed its . more than average unless the memory is full it could be laggy and some apps turns off automatically when Switching apps (frustrating).
I got 265gb sd card for 25$ recently to save apps and media but (NO APPS CAN BE INSTALLED OR MOVED TO SD *NEVER) SD card only good for media storing.
I have 64gb rom/4gb ram type, if you had 32gb its a nightmare for you i guess.
Best pros is that its long time battery, only noticing running out recently (upon using ofcourse)
GSM, BLUETOOTH, MOBILE DATA, HOTSPOT, FLASH, CAMERA, WIDGETS works fine
Games only mid , not for pro gamers.
Camera quality is fair (compared to MegaPixels of new phones)
Hope this clarify most important aspects about redmi 8.

FYI, my mother is still using it and she loves it. Battery lasts for 2-3 days for her.

I've been using this for about 30 months, so far it's not that much of a problem, it's just that sometimes it's a little slow even though I still have a lot of phone memory and also don't open many applications, and it heats up quickly, if it's too hot often my signal and cellular data disappears automatically. suddenly
*I'm using miui 11 & android 9 so far and didn't think to update it ^^

I disagree with silly complaints. It's a very good phone, I bought it for my father. Sturdy enough. Network speed is very good also with tethering. It also has VoLTE. User interface is smooth, good screen and general speed. Just a mediocre camera but I paid 120euros for it and sincerely I don't care about it

Battery is very fine and size is okay for me but Remi is a bit of a useless phone with how network IC get spoil so easily

I am a Redmi 8 User I am very impressed with the performance because on my 13,000 Phone Vivo Y12 is worst but Redmi 8 performance is very good battery life is good I bought it in 2019 and still fine I can play FF Max Smoothly Pubg Mobile India smoothly COD Smoothly and a little bit heat if you don't turn off some things in settings like Bluetooth and Wifi Scanning, Location, Brightness automatically that makes heat but off these you won't lag I recommend buy it

I'm Using Redmi 8 and its 4Gb ram not good... Can't to play free fire more then 10 minutes display touch not working so much hanging... And also suddenly getting off and not switching on for long hours.... Very bad...
