Its 6.22 inches and easy to fit in pocket, easy to navigate.
I wish Xiaomi could concentrate on smaller dimensions with much powerful specifications.
I hope one day everyone will again prefer to less than 6 inches phone in coming days...

6.22 inches phone and 5k battery... You will not get this type of specification else where... Nowadays there are 6.5 to 6.8 inches useless piece of phones with useless 4 camera and selfie dual camera.. Why is not redmi focusing on smaller dimensions... I'm fed up of carrying vivo z1 pro and sold it... And I'm now using Redmi 4 for light weight and easy to fit in pocket purpose which also does the good job of scanning the documents etc..

I've updated and haven't noticed much difference in the battery department, but now there's a new ultra battery savings mode where it disables the background processes at the cost of only letting you use a few apps. My favorite feature is the new notification shade for media, now it lets you scrub through video or music in the notification. There's also a new feature where if you enable it on an app it let's you turn of the screen while watching a video, and it works on youtube. Pretty nice update, the one thing I didn't really find interesting was the floating windows though.
