Harry, 14 May 2020This is worst phone there could ever be .. It won't work wlafte one month I have it for 2 months and it's working fine without any problem.

The internet is slow for all app. When I use the same sim on my previous phone, the internet works fast. Can future updates fix this problem?

the specs is good for the price, dont assume more in this phone, this is an entry level phone

Mosame3, 01 May 2020what I prefer alcatel 3X or infinex Hot 8 or redmi 8A I'm confused between there or any anothe... moreIt's a tough one to decide, didn't know about alcatel 3X but its also a good phone, never heard of it but as you mentioned so that's why I looked, I have Redmi 8a and have to say it's a good one considering the price, it's been a week and have no issues except ram which is 2gb as it refresh Everytime I open it from background as it's 2gb variant and it's software needs improvement but overall a good phone for it's price, you choose which specs you want and which features you want, good luck.

Fateh, 25 Apr 2020Very bad phone .Internet connection drops automatically. Heating is during browsing.Slow Charging.Try wipe cache partition for heating and internet issues, for slow charging buy a 18w fast charger if you uncomfortable with the 10w one.
