Reset device.
Updated latest software.
Again Factory reset.
Installed 64gb SD card.
Disabled most unwanted apps.
And started to use.
No problems so far playing Call of Duty everyday.

I purchased Redmi 9 prime 4GB/64GB mobile handset on 24th Jan 2021. Just after one week the memory was full and I had to give Factory reset. After another 20 days the same problem occurred. I had to do the same. When the problem repeated I contacted MI Service Centre and they did SW Flashing.
The problem came up for the fourth time. Around 30GB of storage is occupied by "others" which cannot be seen and deleted.
I once again contacted the service center and they replaced the motherboard.
The same problem has occurred again and storage is full after a few days.
Is this the problem with all users of Redmi 9 prime? Amd what is the salution?

Battery backup is great.
GCAM available for this model now.
Gaming processor can play COD.
Good display quality supports upto 1080p on youtube.
Mic and Very good sound Volume.
Better Design looks like Oneplus 8 pro from back.
MIUI 12 update.
3.5mm jack port available.
Cons :
10 w charger inside box. Supports 18 w charger.
Both Camera is worst indoor ( use GCAM to get satisfied ).

Noticed it says "Wireless FM radio". Does it work ok? Is the Mediatek Helio G80 the only processor that offers this? If not, could you post which others offer this feature? Thanks!

Even though there are a very few apps installed and a few videos and photos are stored, Storage problem occurs often and often. Maximum space is consumed by "others" which cannot be seen and deleted. Factory reset has to be done and I loose all the data each time and I have to install all apps again. This problem has occurred many times since I bought this phone in Jan 2021.

Actually the phone is best. Just one thing I need to remind that update the notification led for msg's and other app in next update.
