I am so happy I managed to sell this phone and I got a samsung galaxy a04 it's a cheap Samsung but it's much better than thus rubbish op a phone, this phone was so slow that you can eve miss important calls because it lags when you're using it so you can't even answer the call in Time, Honestly I didn't expect it to suck this bad

Been using my Redmi 9A (32gb / 1) phone for 1 and half year for school purposes. Trust me, it will test your patience. I can't even open another tab because it lags everytime. The only good thing about this phone is it has a large battery capacity and has a large display. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this crap phone

Brotha...if u r looking for testing ur patience...this phone is for u guys...been using this 2020 and it was good in its prime...but in 2025 and coming years...this ain't gonna make it...don't buy...choose any other phone

My grandma has this phone. It's 32gb variant. OMG It's slow!! She asked me to create a phone number contact and it took me 10 minutes to do it! I know it's not a high end device but still... It's crap! If you need just to answer calls it's acceptable but for anything else it's bad. Camera is alright but it's slow so it's unusable. Just buy a Redmi 13C for a similar price or something else... renewed maybe! iPhone or Samsung surely better!!!! :)

I bought this redmi 9a for second hand
Not only one 2. One was 4gb 64gb variant which was from china which has miui 12.5.6 it runs smooth on 2025 and light gaming like fr legends, mini miltia,turboprop flight simulator. It all runs pretty well no lagging and good it could also add extra 1gb ram.but On other hand the 2gb 32 gb variant lags in daily tasks. It is the indian variant and has android 10.as it lags i dont have games in it. The main thing is i would not recommend putting sim card. When putting sim card it lags more so i would recomend not putting sim card. But for making this phone smooth i used swap -no root application. It worked and reduced lag everything runs smooth some small lags come in. Overall do not buy a new one buy a second hand on this thing also recommending to buy the 4gb 64 gb variant. The 4gb 64gb variant does not lag while putting sim. So this phone is good for small daily tasking like browsing and youtube with small gaming

It's a slow piece of crap that can't even keep 2 apps open and sometimes it's a challenge to play a song in the background Im using this phone please don't waste your money I went out it on performance mode it's still crashes

Redmi9A start lagging from 1st day of buying like literally fresh start phone unboxed and when i start to use it
It lagged so much that i never seen any lagg and small storage
Problem with hidden album and privacy protection password change and lot of stuffs

Its ok, Runs basic to low-midrange applications well, but sometime stutters with the ui, and cannot render 3D as good.
Id recommend getting the 4GB variant, or another phone.

literraly a bad phone, in my country only have 2/32 or 3/32 memory variant, opening youtube was lagging, it takes long time only to open whatsapp

Absolute e waste avoid at all cost.Touchscreen does not work and require turning display on/off every time to make it work.Lag is insane and forget about multitasking.Tried 12.20.0 xiaomi eu rom stock tried cdroid custom rom its all for nothing.Latest 12.5.7 eu rom proved the best if you have nerves of steel ofc.
