Like he doesn't realize the phone not only a entry level smartphone but a entry level smartphone from 2020.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2025Still happens with the classic theme. Also disabled pocket mode and will check if screen freez... moreScreen still freezes and touch unresponsive even with pocket mode disabled! I also turned off battery saver now and screen is much more responsive. Let us see. I think the screen freeze/lag/unresponsive is due to weak cpu plus battery saver made it more weaker. When phone processes stuff in the background, the screen and phone itself will freeze for a moment. Pressing the on/off button twice refreshes the memory I think and makes screen respond again.

No ... moreShort screen freezes still happen on 9c with 3/64 while using classic theme when apps are being updated or installed in background. I think this is due to slow cpu and miui not optimized enough.

its a good and reliable phone but can be slow at turning on memory needy apps. the camera is very tempermental and oddly takes worst pictures than my redmi 1s. you need to rely heavily on picture editing software to get your desired outcome. i don't play games on my phone but it ran legends of runeterra well on it during my test.
aforementioned, its a strong and reliable phone. dropped it multiple times and mishandled it roughly over the past few years and suffered no damage and continues chugging along. Which is one thing i like about Xiaomi/Redmi phones.

Mine died last week and this is the only phone I have. All my files are still on it and I'm contemplating whether should I buy another one or have it checked and fixed.
BTW, do some of you experienced what I had? The phone went static for a while then it turned off until it doesn't work

Idk why ppl hatin so much on this phone , i have used this phone for abt 2-3 years and it still work properly , even sometimes it has some laggy but it still work normally after , so far for my experience at this phone r good , everythings working so well, the camera kinda rubbish in 2024 but its not a problem for me tho, the performance is also goods , but im not suggest to those who want to buy this phone for gaming use bcus sometimes when u play games for too long it will became hot at the back of the phone, anyways my rate for this phone is 8.5/10 im not really suggest to buy this phone at 2024 bcus this phone is kinda old and lame.

I bought this phone 2 years ago and it still works fine. (3GB Ram 64GB memory). I ordered my next Xiaomi Redmi 13c (8GB Ram 256GB memory). Looking forward to this upgrade!
