I don't know how y'all came about the issues with redmi 9c. I have been it for 7months now and not a single problem detected.
I'm using the 3gb RAM 64gb ROM.
Battery is ok and other basic activities are in perfect order with zero lagging.

This is a great phone only problem is that it runs android 10 which means that it is the oldest supported os in android

thats what you get with a 100 dollar phone, a horrible experience. i still can't believe people expect a 100 dollar phone to do wonders

Please don't buy this phone if you're going to use it for gaming, video editing etc. that's a great phone for basic use.
That's a 32bit phone. For example, you can't install Genshin Impact which is a 64bit game. It doesn't have a notification light. Doesn't have game turbo. I don't recommend it.

I'm not going to waste too much of my time. Essentially, the 2nd worse phone I've ever had... The sensor at the back, used for unlocking your phone, does not even work. I can safely and happily say I'll never purchase any Redmi phones ever again. Shameful.

Worst phone by far. I had an iPhone 5 before I got this phone and that iPhone 5 was literally more powerful and never lags. This phone just lags a lot, has so much bugs, doesn't even come with the "Special Features" like other redmi phones and is simply just a scam. Now I can finally say something is much more of a mistake than me. Do not buy

This is the worst phone I've ever bought. I don't know how they have the guts to sell it.
The phone rings and the screen is blank and lights up to answer the call after about 3 seconds. Simple tasks like lighting the torch or rotating the screen take ages.
I had WhatsApp and chrome shortcuts on the home screen and these are wiped out after every restart.
Opening the integrated music app to play mp3 songs takes about 10 seconds.
I tried setting the miui performance mode but the phone was still too slow.
Stay away of this phone.

I am literally crying while reading this comments because it's all true ... I recently sold my 64bit phone and purchased this .. was shocked this most of my games can't run on the phone (apex mobile , Albion , e.t.c)
I am so disappointed and most of the comments here are so true ... I am just searching to know of redmi 9c will get a system update giving us 64bits in future.. I literally have up my ex phone to be able to play more smoothly in game ... Just to end up with 32bit ... I am just speechless... I was told this is a 64bit phone

Bro I am using this device it frequently hangs then you need turn off or screen on، it's performance is really bad, it has many bugs such as automatic photo backup in gallery, once you delete a contact it's is not completely deleted contacts appears in Whatsapp but not in contact list, it's camera is really bad photos and videos it captures are in big size and quality is very poor,I prefer do not try to buy this phone it's garbage that Xiaomi lunched in market.

The phone is a disappointment, really. Had high hopes for it when I bought it, but after six months, I' done with it.
It's horribly slow and it takes ages to open an app. Even taking calls can be a challenge, as often all you've got is a black screen while the phone is ringing. You want to answer and eventually you can, after like three seconds. Saving a new contact takes a long time, literally seconds. And while the phone is not responding, you're wondering what's going on. After a few seconds the phone comes back from coma, and you can see that it in fact saved your new contact.
With time, the situation gets gradually worse. Restarting and using memory cleaners won't help either.
It also takes subpar photos despite the three cameras. So it's pretty much useless and a waste of money.
At times, when you need to make a quick call, it's absolutely irritating, becuse of the sluggisness or no response. My wife asks me to call someone and I try to do it, and then she looks at me and I look at her, because the phone is not responding and we're just waiting for it to finally make the call. Times like this, I just want to throw it under a bus or something.
I would sell it, but can't, becaue I dropped it and broke the screen. So now it's junk. All my older phones worked without any issues and this is literally the worst phone I've ever owned. And it's my fault. I read about the issues it had, but thought people were I wanted to like this phone and tried all sorts of settings to make it work a bit faster, but nothing helps.
So stay away from this phone and just get something else.
