Can this phone connect to a Wifi (e.g. plane or hotel) and activate the phone's hotspot in the same time resharing the Wifi?

Wish I hadn't bought it. It's a spying and forced advertising block with some phone features. Google Go is a steaming pile of sh*t. I hate this phone.
