This phone is pretty remarkable considering its specs and the €390 price tag.
Though this phone appears to be the first to have UFS 3.1, for some bizarre reason Xiaomi skimps on the external bus speed by only having a USB 2 port. Why ? Having USB 3 wouldn't have cost much to integrate.
A second issue with Redmi K30 Pro is that whether it offers any degree of water resistance. Certainly one has no expectation of an official IP rating at its price point, but to be safe in the knowledge that it has adequate water resistance when submerged in water for short periods of time would be helpful to know (particularly in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic).

This is the best mid range phone that meets all my expectations, a phone with 1080p display with 60hz refresh rate, no notch or punch hole, latest chipset, 3.5mm jack, heavy battery. Everything i wish to have in a phone is present in this one.
My only two minor concerns are Xiaomi's OS MIUI which has a lot of ads and bloatware, and headphone jack placement at the top, it could be more comfortable if it was placed at bottom. Other than these this is a perfect phone for me.
