After sale is terrible as well as the phone. Just being using the phone for around two weeks, it started to give me problem. The screen started to go haywire. The icon contact will start moving by itself. Did every troubleshooting still no help. Did hardware test stated screen test failure. So sent to service centre by mail. The courier guy came to collect my device. He informed me that he had to collect quite a number of faulty xiaomi product to be sent to the service centre. After 10 days, received the phone. To my disappointment, the problem is not solved. What even worse is I not sure if the phone belongs to me as my name appeared on the receipt of courier service company BUT the receipt of the service centre belonged to another person. Once again sent back to service centre. Now it has been more than 2 weeks, I still haven't receive the phone.

I had an option between Wickedleak's Wammy Note 3 and Xiaomi Redmi. I went for Wickedleak as it is Indian company with free Pick up and Drop facility as I wanted to be safe about my investment. I am very Happy Today

dear admin...have a few probms
1.after done install whatsapp..i cannot add all the contact..there are few contact cannot be place in my whtsap friends list
2.i cannot contact several number..it said didnt connected...what does it means??
3.why my battery is running out so fast...

Where did you purchase it and are you sure it's a genuine Redmi Note (there are fake ones)? Have it replaced by the vendor. Did you not test the unit when you got it? Try charging the phone with another charger (some work, others don't work but my Capdase car charger works well with the Redmi Note) to be sure that it's not just a charger problem.

AnonD-326496, 01 Nov 2014just wondering 0.5 gb ram... will.it bring any disadvantages？Sorry but the disadvantage of a 0.5 GB ram is that the phone will be very slow especially when a lot of apps are running. A 1 GB is better, and the Redmi Note Enhanced 2 GB is even way better than only 1 GB.

Go to Settings->Battery->Battery-Use where the on/off switch is found. My Redmi Note does not lag when playing graphics intensive game like Asphalt 8.

I recently bought it and so far im satisfied with the performance but still annoyed me when I'm playing 3d game, it lag for a second last only twice or triple like something background processes got force close...any idea about that...???
