Ringtone not changed, 09 Sep 2016I cant change the ringtone when i am updated. I cant change the ringtone if i delete the ringt... moreI am unable to change the ringtone..even the ringtone file is deleted. Still the same ringtone is applied.

amazing phone using it for a long time now.. The phone is out of warranty way back, but just never had an issue. Just memory is a slight problem.. but if u can deal with that great piece..

Hopeless product and worst customer care I had ever experienced. Memory card is not recognised and there us no service centre in Trivandrum,the State capital of Kerala.The product is brand new and problem observed right from the beginning.When contacted their customer care after a week of purchase it was told to register in their pick up facility and have to pay Rs 190 towards logistic charges and it will take 15 days. For their own lapse and fault why we should suffer ? While showing the set at another service centre in kerala it was told that defective part us not available and itwill take 2 months to get it.Horrible snd terrific.Dont ever buy Xiomu

I need some one to help me here.. I am using only one sim in my redmi note 3 16 gb in this I am not able to use 3g or 4g services. I have seen some videos where we can search network manually and register on 3g networks but I can't see any 3g or 4g network in my device. If i insert same sim to other mobiles it will show 3g symbol.
If i dialed *#*#3646#*#* and select wdcm only then network will gone and shows no service. what shall i do please help me....

During 20 days of usage, 3-4 instances occured where phone got switched off automatically. But after 20 days, it just went dead. If one visits MI service centres, he will realise asto how many people are facing such issues. Service centre claims motherboad issues. Motherboard is the heart of a phone and MI compramised on that very important front itself. Whats the use of compelling specifications where a brand new phone dies within a month coz of a faulty motherboard. MI should recall all phones with faulty motherboards and repair them.This phone is the worst possible marketing for an make in india product.

I bought the phone redmi 3s prime from flipkart.
The phone delivered on 14 august. After 10 days its dead... I submitted it to service center on 25 august..
Service center told me that he will take a month to repair my phone .... Now i want to know will the company extand the warranty of phone if he will take a month ... If not than why are you taking to much time to repair it ....
It is useless phone.... As soon u will be exited as soon u will be go in depression. ....
I bought the to keep it in my pocket not for keep it in service center .....
I suggest u all dont buy the phone of redmi ..... It makes the indians fool ....
