When I make a call display goes off and if I want to hang up I have to wait till the other person hangs up. Moreover if during the call I want to switch on the speaker then I can't do it as there is no display. Pls help. There is no call background settings in call settings. I am using Redmi Note 1 LTE.

I had bought this mobile a month before, it got too hot and the battery is draining continuously even when mobile is not used. I feel discomfort to carry mobile with me in pockets or in hand. It is too hot, How can i resolve it ?
