Hi redmi users I recently bought redmi 2 ....its very good mobile good battery life... The only problem with this Mobile is camera ...without flash pictures are natural but with flash am getting very yellowish pictures does any one had this problem... Please help with this guys ...waiting for the solution

I had purchased a redmi note in the month of December 2014..it was workin quite well but after a few months, it had problems like flickering of the screen, pause before moving to the next app, but the biggest set back was it simply stopped charging with the dedicated charger provided. The phone was shown to the xiaomi center at andheri east.. they promised to change the IC ( Mother Board) as the phone was still on warranty period.
But alas, it was shocking to hear that, they demanded pay service and compoment replacement for Rs. 5999/- . When asked why they are insisting on payment even if they the phone had a warrant of a year. they provided vague & false statements that the engineers found moisture inside the phone. This is ridiculous.. why buy a chinese made phone if it is only meant for CHINA..OBVIOUSLY COASTAL Cities like Mumbai, Chennai , Manglore, would be susectible to Humidity and Moisture. Xiaomi why not copy from Sony to make a New Phone which is Water proof, Shock Proof and Dust Proof. If you care enough for your customers, pls do a recall and replace the issue free of cost as they were many customers who were rejected warranty service just by giving them reasons of Moisture Found. Sad but this is the true story..
