I just bought a new Xiaomi Redmi 5A from a local dealer on 16 December,2018 but no earpiece device provided. Does the earpiece come with the exported phones or not?

I have a problem with incoming calls ...The number is displayed on screen even after i save that number...so, it may not have privacy.. my sister calls me when i am in bus, a strenger see that number and saves in his mobile...I thinks it's a dengerous problem i have faced... otherwise it's operation is simply superb...
I affirm most of the feedback received for After-sale process of Redmi.
I bought Mi Note 5 Pro from redmi website. I received the product the next day. I should commend that.
But there was issue with back camera and I raised a ticket for that. I had to send the screenshot of the failed notification from the kernel test which I did the same day of the delivery.
I asked them to expedite the process as I had to gift it to someone. But it was of no use.
After checkup, they sent for reverse pickup. Then I came to know that it will reach the Redmi warehouse in 5-6 days, they will perform quality check and then dispatch the product. Easily I was looking at a time-span of 10-15 days.
Left aside gifting, I realized that I would not be available at my home for delivery in that long time-span.
I requested them to change the address because of the aforementioned concern. They mentioned that address cannot be changed.
Then I asked for refund. This was too against policy.
Now I am at a juncture, wherein:
The purpose of gifting is destroyed, as the Birthday would pass by, hence have to buy a new gift
I would not be able to receive the product as I won't be available at the place for the next 2 months, and they cannot change the address
I cannot get the refund, as this too is against policy
Really these people have pathetic policies.... I would not comment on the quality of the products as have not used it.
But because of something which was error from their end, the end-customer has to suffer.
If you still plan to buy Xiomi product, buy ONLY from ecommerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart (I am not sure whether their policies will be effective there too but atleast ecommerce processes will be better) and not from their website.
Worst after sale service, I purchased a Redmi 4 mobile online in November 2017 it's was heating from the beginning, so I got small burnt patch in the 1st month after purchase. But there was a lot data and my business use with mobile I could not go to get it repaired. But in March when the patch became bigger and touch began to hang on click. I got it repaired from service Centre in April. The changed the display and touch. But not the board which was still heating. Because of which it again got the burnt mark on screen in July, but I kept using it because the service center deleted all my data last time. But in October I thought I must get it repaired before the warranty expire. This tie the screen was burnt in side but touch was working often. So the said it won't be repaired under warrant u pay Rs. 2700 for it. I am not going to buy mi mobile in future and never going to recommend anyone to buy MI. With the worst after sale service Nokia also lost its name. And no company can survive without after sale service. 3rd class device, service, and company
Any one who is going to buy Redmi mobile or any other mi device then be ready to move 3-4 times to their service centre under warranty period

Easy solution: go to settings, additional settings, turn on quick ball, configure one of the buttons to "long press power button"
You can also replicate the 3 capacitive buttons in quick ball if they fail. Very handy feature.

MI note 5 is a worse mobile and also worse service within one month my mobile bend and when i call customer service they told me i have to go to service center and repair my phone and i have to pay. why should i pay even that not my fault they are making worse product. and this is worse company and worse service. please don't buy redmi mobile..

In all MI mobile there is a major network problem which we all ignore thinking it is a problem with a service provider signal, Actually in most of all model network not catch by mobile. In same area and same service provider calls can be made from Nokia, Samsung, iPhone but not from any models of MI mobile
Seeing the above conditions, I have drop my plan to buy any MI mobile
I have bought GB mobile i Sept,2017. Till last week my phone was working
Never buy any redmi model. I have bought two mobile at same time. One mobile has heating problem. Other mobile has many problems such my speaker is not working, charging point has problem, ear phone point not working properly.
