I am using Redmi note 4 mobile is good but some time this heat and my charger is not work this is in one year garranti but it not work more than 30 days please solve my problem service centerce not speak in custembers decently . Friends see good mobile for your cost

This is mandatory for mi and redmi phones. If not done it starts heating often.
Go to settings, about phone information in last blog. You will get phone details about ram and processors in that go to last blog. Click system updates. It takes max 1 Hr.
So, there should be no cut in net and also battery power.
Mobile will switch off and on several times but don't worry it's the updating process .

I had speaker problem in my phone.. So I visited service center present in sp Road hyderabad.. But behavior.. Of the workers in service center was worst I never expected this from mi... Guys don't go to sp Road service centre.. Worst service..

bought it in 2014 july. everything is still good. dropped it so many times, quite impressed with the screen and battery.
BUT, DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR CAMERA. it shows 13mp, but the pictures are blurry. not recommended for people who loves selfie or street photography.
but othe than that, it is good enough for people who dont use it much. it is a basic phone.

To solve this issue I have flashed the latest ROM Version: V7.3.1.0.KHDMIDD (MIUI7) from http://en.miui.com/download-218.html. hopefully it will help you. Mohit Kaushik

Just bought one from Flipkart 10 days ago. Does not work with a bsnl sim. Gave it to the service centre. They couldnt fix it. Then Flipkart changed the phone. Yet not working. So now have to change my service provider as it does not work with BSNL. Just disgusting that i buy a new phone and cannot use it. Please everyone do not buy redmi note 4.
