As You will be playing 1k extra for nothing. Like it has an old processor in it which is quad core same as 1s and the main point it that how use 4g in India bro. Xiaomi note really sucks and music is very low in sound...
So go for 3g model with octa core and better performance

MIUI is vry heavy on ram,all of the ram of redmi filed with preinstalled apps,do this phone overcome this problem.
