I have Xiaomi Redmi Note for 4 years. It still works perfectly. Only "problem" that I had is with software, which I upgraded to Android 4.4.2 and MIUI 8 and now everything works super.
In 4 years my Xiaomi was dropped and fall for 100 times and I've had never any issues. Screen is still good.
With customer service I have good experience.
My Mi account was locked and they unlocked account in a few days.
So, I'am really happy with this phone and Xiaomi company if we looked things realistically.
In 2013 for less then 200€ this was good phone.
Next phone will be for sure Xiaomi.

i bought redmi note 4 four months back and 2 times my set went to service.worst mobile ever service charges are more than the mobile cost.please friends don't buy and suffer with this worst mobile.no one in redmi service center are good technicians.they even don't know what is the problem and they replace every thing unnecessary and charge for every thing even its is in warranty

They said, need to change the Motherboard. Which cost around 70-80% of mobile. Why should I pay that much cost If the problem is in their Android.

sweety, 13 Apr 2017redmi products are good or not??Not good at all.whole talking Phone become very hot . Within 6month of purchase Phone suddenly shirt down. Service center says software problem. Lost lots of data.

The booking really sucks. I was trying to book redmi note 4 for 2 weeks. I got tired to book redmi series. So I have moved to Lenovo vibe k5 note. Which is actually good. Now I feel good for buying Lenovo. Only because of this reason redmi ll lose lot of customers.

why are you creating artificial demand ? If i wish to buy your product means then i buy and enjoy the product immediately otherwise no use. Just registering and waiting for a while creates frustration to buy your product
