i registered for xiomi redmi note on filipkart but somebody coveyed me that before purchase of the same i should read a post on internet to be searched in google titled" xiomi redmi note sends your photos and messages to chinese government"
i have gone through the post and the experts say that this must be inbuilt in the firmware while designing/manufacturing it. customers have quoted that even if u would like to stop the option but the phone continues to leak your secret information.
i am concerned after reading the post. even it has been posted that airforce has banned the note for use by airforce personnel & their families for want of security reasons.

When i updated to version v37 keyboard on messages stay in portrait mode when i rotate the phone it doesn't go to landscape mode. Before update on version v21 it was in landscape mode when i rotate phone. Do you have the same problem?

Zenky, 29 Nov 2014Yup its 3g phone even its support airtel 4g, but if u buy d 3g variet ( rs 8999 aprox. ) d gsm... morePlease do not give wrong guidance. It has two mini slim slots. The sim 1 slot is WCDMA (and not CDMA). This is meant for 3G SIMS. Sim 2 is GSM and is meant for 2G SIMS. PLEASE read the specifications well before advising others.

i having a big problem to choose redmi note or honor 3c, because redmi note got otg while 3c doesn't have. and 3c camera is good because made by Sony than xiaomi which i don't the qualities
