I bought my redmi... moreSame here. I've experienced a dead boot recently. Bought this 3 years ago. Just this year, the unit started to show some issues like sim card and memory card slot no longer working or recognized. Technician said it's the usual sickness of Redmi. Need to replace CPU. Next the selfie camera just stopped functioning. Worst the unit is now experiencing a dead boot quite so often that I'm thinking of buying a new unit.(Xiaomi never!!!) cause the CPU replacement costs 4k in Quiapo and P6,750 at Xiaomi Service Center. Bottomline, life span this unit is only 3 years then will start to self destruct.

Warning to those who will buy this cellphone this year or even next year!.
I bought my redmi note 10 4g 8/128 on August 09, 2024, it's good on social media because of its screen Amoled, the camera is also ok, but in games it's prone to overheating, but it's worth the 8,000 pesos and today, 2024 August 03, it suddenly died while I'm scrolling through lazada, I'm careful, most of all I don't use it while playing charge, I only use it if the battery is 100% full and no history of getting wet in water, now it's Deadboot issue or the mother board is broken, and i went to a electrician now they fixed it ,they reball it, and its working,but the IC display is broken, and they put a new IC display but still dying.
And so far it has not been fixed yet!
And I will pay 3k or 3,5kpesos if they fix it
So to those who are planning, good luck to you
Especially with second hand xiaomi phones, be careful when buying
It's worth it in 3 years but unfortunately I thought it would last 5 years!
And now it's the first time I encounter this kind of phone issue
I will avoid the Xiaomi brand, sorry but in reliability and in the long run it is not reliable or long term use, it is worth it after 3 years!.

This crap is prime example of hardware ruined by software. SD 678 is not this slow as slow this phone is. The camera opens so late that it isn't of use anymore. 48 mp sensor and weirdly bad processing. I shifted to pixel 4a 5g, and noticed now that how bad this phone was. MIUI lags all the time, the animations are gone, and the hardware isn't bad.. it's only mi ui that's ruining, and I can't risk custom ROM cuz I live in Pakistan where you have to pay tax double the price of phone, and custom ROM might render it unregistered.
If you're seeing this, don't buy. Google pixel, even 2 xl is wayyyy better, so please reconsider where you're trying to spend

Nini, 12 Jul 2024I bought it in 2021. Still no issues. It's the best phone in mid range. No lags no issues... moreprocessor is also alright for normal usage but yeah it should have had 5g

Bought this phone right after it was released, phone battery is great so far it still lasts longer than expected. For performance, it's pretty good but if you play high-end games that require more graphics, it's probably the best idea to go for another model. For its camera, its alright but not the best (typical android camera only with .6) Btw, I also updated the android version, although there are many bugs and issues that I'm facing today so better to go for newer phone model.

Pls is this phone still worth buying in 2024 cuz I'm planning on upgrading from my Tecno pop 5P to this Redmi. I thought I would have saved up money to buy this phone b4 selling my old TECNO pop 5P buh I'm down now so what I can do is just to swap.
And again what I wanted was the Redmi note 10 pro buh I was thinking it might be too expensive for me. So I also want to know between this Redmi note 10 and the normal redmi note 10S which is better and I want to know if it doesn't lag or have issues cuz I'll be using it for at least 2yrs b4 changing it.

I dropped this phone multiple times, the most recent was from 5.4 ft tall fridge down to floor tiles and my screen is still crack-free (let's not talk about the frame and back). Screen is still bright, no dead pixels, no green line. My only issue was the charging port, which I replaced myself only costing less than 10 USD.

Bought the phone in Q2 2021. Broke the screen last year, got a replacement for around $15.
This is one of the worst decision i made, 4/64 just simply didn't cut it 3 years later. SD 680 is still good for low resolution gaming, demanding titles such as genshin will do around 20-30 fps.
Camera was so-so, the stereo speaker on the other hand still stand the test of time.
Bought a new phone early this year due to storage constraint and used the redmi note 10 as a secondary AND A VERY GOOD REMOTE for many electronic appliances.
All in all, if given the choice around the same time I'll choose the vanilla redmi 10/redmi 10 5G or go for the redmi note 10 pro.

you also dont spray stuff directly onto the phone, you spray it onto the cloth/whatever you wipe your phone with

blue ink like that of a blue pen and dis appointed
while this never happen ed before as i often turn
ed on the air con at a round 22 - 25 degrees but
30 on the day it happened hence was the cause
!
this is the reason as to why i am getting another phone
and this time it might be the infinix note 40 but actually
im willing to wait fo the infinix note50as i can see more
improve ment s such as an ultra wide camera this time
!

i have seen redmi note 10 and its superb in everything, way better than note 11 in camera and speakers, i doubt if redmi note 13 would be better
