For those who are complaining about MIUI 13, I didn't yet get MIUI 13 but I got March security patch and I started noticing that apps are becoming laggy and phone a bit slower. I don't know how a security update can cause this laggy behaviour and not sure if the latest 50MB security update makes these troubles. Still wondering how bad the condition can be when I get MIUI 13.

The service center told me that the charging module unexpectedly had fried itself and hence the phone has died
They are fixing it and hopefully it will be back in a few days fingers crossed

The charging port had died and the phone stopped working it will be fixed in a few days and surprisingly even though my phone is in warranty, the service center is not replacing the part for free

You think it's the user's fault and blaming them. You might not have any issues, but we all know MIUI has always updated more bugs than resolving issues. It's not necessary that everyone will face the same issue. So be open about it if any shares their concern.

I had this phone since its release on the market last year & have 0 issues with it besides minor Miui 13 bugs that hopefully gets fixed in updates, completely stock, no bootloader unlock or rooted.

Not water damaged or it doesn't even have a single scratch on its body
It was due to the phone shut down during night and corrupting the motherboard

I will have to wait for a couple of minutes before I can preview my photos. I am not sure if it jas something to do with rendering the images. I should have not updated it

I have been using this phone for almost 10 months and using the 4/128gb version
Phone has been flawless and has been working amazing other than the crappy software updates
But yesterday the phone turned off randomly while working and pressing the power button doesn't work and plugging it in doesn't seem to do anything
I have dropped it at the service center and they say it will take 15 to 20 days and they might need to replace the board
One question to Redmi.

I have bought this phone brand new back in may of 2021 and 4/128 version
I have absolutely loved the phone
The performance and the cameras were amazing
But the software was a big let down
And yesterday my phone decided to completely die randomly and now pressing the power button doesn't work and plugging in the charger doesn't do anything either
I have sent it to warranty claim and they say that it will take 15 to 20 days
Hate this company
Imma buy a vivo s1 pro which seems to be the better option frankly

The phone is good but its updates are bad which makes the game laggy after every update new bugs can harm and hangs the phone I request you to make a good update that makes the phone perfect hope you guys response and makes us happy

The phone has been good. I was attracted to Redmi phones by their screen protector (Gorilla glass) and so far, it has not been disappointing. I have been using the phone for more than 9 months now.

BTW, just wondering, I might be need it in few days ahead; How many devices can connected to my RN10 personal hotspot simultaneously at the same time? Is there anybody (who can and would like to) try it? I cannot try it now.

And I know never happenned either to other Redmi Note 10. Your case is spesific for you, don't generalize it as if it is happened to every RN10 out there. TBH I'm tired to read something like that (local issue for a person but the person made it as if it is an issue for all the same phone, while it's not, either unintentionally or intentionally to give bad reputation to a product).

T-800, 20 Mar 2022Does the 4GB variant has a better battery life than 6GB variant?Actually the topic about battery usages can be very different from person to person, what apps they installed, their habit of using the phone, their setting, etc. But generally, basically, so far my 4/64 RN10 battery consumption is ok as expected.
