NoorZ, 21 hours agoHey. I need some serious help. I need to buy a phone within a month and I'm completely t... morethe A52 starts for about 350 bucks, note 10 pro for about 280-330 and POCO X3 is 200-250, but for the money, you're better off getting a POCO X3 if you want a good LCD display meh cameras and the same chip as the redmi, you're making little to no compromise except for the cameras and the AMOLED display, the A52 (non 5G) has the same chipset as both of these, just underclocked, (almost) the same cameras as the note 10 pro as well as the same display, but I'd recommend the note 10 pro because you can use it as a remote.
the note 10 pro has good cameras and display with a good chip and good stereo speakers, and like other Xiaomi devices, IR blaster.
POCO X3 is like a slightly worse redmi note 10 pro for around 30-50 bucks less, has the same chipset, but slightly worse cameras, an LCD instead of AMOLED still at 120Hz, still comes with stereo speakers and an IR blaster and has a bigger battery by 1000 mAh
samsung A52 (non 5G) is like a redmi note 10 pro but with a 90 Hz display instead of 120, more storage options and no IR blaster, a plus might be the UI but I don't care.

I think it can run smooth enough and note 10 pro and x3 has 732G they are almost the same performance with 720G. I recommend A52 to ur choices!

Hey. I need some serious help. I need to buy a phone within a month and I'm completely torn between Samsung A52, Poco X3, Redmi Note 10 Pro and basically any phone in this price range. I've been using Huwaei Y6 Prime since 2019 and I've probably dropped it tens of thousands of times (I wish I was exaggerating). Neither the display nor has the body been damaged. I need something that will last me like that, with better features of course. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me.
The company is releasing Mi 13 soon, let's see if this new version corrects everything or makes it worse.
What do you think?

We're not on t... moreWhat the man is saying is that installing these ROMs is not free of complications and risks, and even if it goes well, you may end up losing functionality. Things like NFC or whatever may not work correctly after an update on this party ROMs. Unfortunately, we're all just using pixel alternatives, either due to limited budget or due to lack of availability.

Now My phone is now rocking pixel plus ui based on the AOSP android 12 build.
Right now, the phone works splendid and runs so much smoother and faster at everything than when I had MIUI 12.5.9. MIUI software severely limits the true speed of some midrange/low end devices, especially when multitasking at a fast pace. The device just couldn't keep up with high working speed on MIUI
The software is just poorly optimised...Not to mention the occasional stuttering caused by its heavy blur implementation in the control center and frame drops in the system launcher.
I'm telling you miui's restrictions are way too much for me to bear anymore. Lol, MIUI is even the reason I started posting on my YouTube channel. Making tutorials on how to get around some of its restrictions. And I've racked up a decent amount of views and a few subs. (No self promotion intended)
But, I guess you've seen it all.
You probably aged in things like these and it's cool. I understand you need the phone to "just work".
But I say "just working" is a million times easier for this phone on good AOSP ROMs than on MIUI honestly. Less than a week of use and I'll probably never consider going back. Especially when I also have magisk root access, I can get all MIUI offered and more.

Anonymous, 13 Jan 2022poco x3 pro better chip, or get the note 10 if u want better camera only.Or better screen. Or sound. Or battery. Or looks. Actually buy poco only if you need a better chip :)
I've been using this phone for 4 months now and really not satisfied with it's performance. The software has a lot of glitches. Camera is good. But the ads in the phone are just annoying. Sometimes the apps also crash.
