Xiaomi Redmi Android Announcement

The Redmi Note 11 series from Xiaomi welcomed three new members earlier today. Redmi Note 11T Pro and Pro+ share the same core specs and appearance with 6.6-inch variable refresh rate displays, MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipsets and 64MP main cams around the back. The Pro+ gets faster 120W charging and a smaller 4,400 mAh battery as well as up to 512GB storage. Redmi Note 11SE is a midrange option with a 90Hz and Dimenisty 700 chipset.

Both 11T Pro phones pack flat 6.6-inch IPS LCD panels with FHD+ resolution (2460x1080px) and a variable 144Hz refresh rate that can toggle down to as low as 30Hz to save up battery.

There’s a 16MP selfie cam tucked in the centered punch hole cutout up top while the back houses a 64MP Samsung ISOCELL GW1 sensor (1/1.72" size and 1.6μ, pixels) alongside an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro cam.

Both Note 11T Pro phones get MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipsets with up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256/512GB UFS 3.1 storage. Both phones boot MIUI 13 on top of Android 12.

The major difference between the two phones comes down to the battery capacity and charging speeds. Note 11T Pro gets a larger 5,080 mAh dual-cell battery with 67W fast charging while the Pro+ packs a 4,400 mAh duel cell and 120W fast charging.

Xiaomi promises a full 0 to 100% charge in 19 minutes on the Pro+ and it also gets Xiaomi’s Surge P1 chip that monitors charging temperatures. Both phones are IP53 rated and come with side-mounted fingerprint scanners.

Redmi Note 11T Pro and Pro+ come in Atomic Silver, Time Blue and Midnight Black colors. Xiaomi is also offering a limited edition Astro Boy model based on the Note 11T Pro+ that has the manga character engraved into the back of the phone

Redmi Note 11T Pro starts at CNY 1,799 ($270) for the base 6/128GB trim and tops out at CNY 2,199 ($330) for the 8/256GB model.

Note 11T Pro+ will retail for CNY 2,099 ($315) in its base 8/128GB trim while the top of the line 8/512GB model will go for CNY 2,499 ($375). The Astro Boy edition with 8/512GB will sell for CNY 2,499 ($375). Open sales in China start on May 31.

Redmi Note 11SE gets a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device packs a 48MP main cam around the back next to a 2MP depth of field sensor while the selfie cam comes in at 8MP. MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 SoC is paired with 4/8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The software side is covered by MIUI 12 based on Android 11 while the 5,000 mAh battery charges at 18W speeds.

Redmi Note 11 SE comes in Shadow Black and Space Blue colors. The baseline 4/128GB trim will sell for CNY 1,099 ($165) while the 8/128GB trim will go for CNY 1,399 ($210). Open sales in China start on May 31.

hot snapdragon enough , they overclock to win in benchmarks but in real world after 60 min game like Call of duty born our hand and frame 50% drop we need very cool,powerfull DIMENSITY phones,tablets

It seems there is a branding mistake, Pro version is better than Pro Plus version.

I went back to my Note 8 Pro and oh I did not realize how comfortable my amoled was until just now XD Even with the blue light filter I don't need it to be intense as the screen was already more... subtle and warm? Anyway I hope you have an ...
