Has anyone updated their phone to hyperos 2? Mine doesn't want to lol. No ota or recovery update working either.
Other than that I'll say this device is decently good for the price, but there are somethings you got to get used to, mainly ads.
I don't regret buying it, but I don't think it was that much of an upgrade from my s20. Also at this point there's probably better options on the market, more even if you consider second hand devices.

The call conference option doesn't show when the other party initiates the call. It does not allow to add more participants. Have anyone experienced this? What's the solution?

So far, it still a decent phone.
I personally prefer HyperOS than MIUI, the phone doesnt suffer from any major drawback
Daily usage so I charge the phone once per day with tiktok, ytb, fb, ins and some games. No game then it would be 2 days
Oh I love the curved screen too. It been great especially when swiping and I dont have any issues when gaming too.
UFS 3.1 even better than the 14pro+
Now for the cons:
Horrendous front camera even which video recording or selfies.
The video stabilize re suck so better turn it off
Bloatware but I managed to delete all of 'em and turn all ads off
The rear camera re usable but I dont like it that much, but also it's a pretty cheap model so maybe I been to harsh which it

I had Redmi Note 8 and I loved it, so I decided to buy note 13pro+ when I was looking for a new phone.
This is easily the worst phone I ever had, and I'm 40yo and had tens of different phones.
Lots of bugs. Doesn't always ring or vibrate on incoming calls, doesn't always give notifications for whatsapp, ghost touches.
Now all my friends and family know me as the person who doesn't answer his phone.
Do not even think of buying it.

I love this phone. It fell a couple times but really hard twice (once from chest height and I'm 5'5) I panicked because I don't have a Tempered glass on it but it's always in the phone case it came with, but I do have a Hydro gel screen protector on. There is not one scratch, crack or even a dent on my device and it works great!
I'm thinking of upgrading to the Note 14 pro+ but still having a hard time to let go of this phone

More than a Year using it. Excellent camera, Great durability, already fell and there are just minor scratches. Really fast and multi-task performance very well, PiP works smoothly.
The only con was about the protection film that comes with it, in about a month I had to change.

Already people are c... moreProblem is with Bluetooth calling, voice gets choppy and you won't be able to talk to anyone on regular network call, this is because of Mediatek chipset and 2 times motherboard changed but no fix in the problem
