How many frequency steps does the CPU have? Can you list them here? (for example: "122 Mhz, 500 Mhz, 1000 Mhz")
I have the 16gb version. Battery is fine for me, i get minimum 5-6 hours screen time with some charge left in the evening and that includes light gaming, here maps and waze, data, gps and bluetooth on. Main proc and video proc seem to be very well optimised and run cool and with low power. Mind you i dont play asphalt 8 and the like, i usually play fallout shelter, plants versus zombies 2 and heartstone. The ROM from official site does not have play store. MIUI apparently does not want to integrate the full google suite in their software. You can install unofficial supported ROM with Play Store from xiaomi.eu. They have the latest versions usually a day later after official release with MI shop and chinese apps removed and play store preinstalled. Right now i have stable MIUI v7 from them, phone codename is hermes for all hw versions. The phone is very good, gets 47400 in antutu, galaxy note 4 gets 50800 with 4 times the price. The only annoying thing is that the plastic cover/shell is sometimes noisy, it can be easily replaced with another one, i have found options for leather shell, even aluminium. I can answer any questions as soon as i can.
Does this phone support Google playstore to replace mi store, support other Google apps like Gmail, Google now etc?
it doesn't support QuickCharge due to its using mediaTek CPU. Its battery is not quite good but is replaceable. It's a very good phone with those specs and screen. One biggest thing I like about Xiaomi is the reliability of their products. My friend bought a OnePlus 1 phablet and he said it became an iPod in just 1 month, it won't recognise his SIM card no matter what he does. But I have to say that Xiaomi's biggest advantage is their MIUI, which I think even surpasses CyanogenMod (sorry if I spell it incorrectly). Compared to stock ROM like Samsung OS on Galaxy Note 2, this ROM performs far better with no lags at all. Maybe you have yet to hear about it, but MIUI is the best ROM I've tried ever.

Many sellers install trojan or apps that sometimes pop up ads, so please go to miui official site download and flash the official rom.Now you have better performance and a lot more space, no ads and no viruses
