AnonD-496754, 10 Aug 2016It is officially getting released on 23rd August.. Expect the rollout in Starting of September..The stable version of MIUI 8 was said to be rolled out from 16aug... What happened to that, did thr dates get postponed?
Cons of this phone:
Built quality: its body may make cracking noises and it is easy for the screen to pop out if it falls due to its design.
Camera: detail and sharpness lacks, but definitely better than one of those Chinese clones
Speaker: Almost no bass and its maximum volume level is almost good.
Wifi: if you place your hand on the top left corner of the phone the wifi signal will lower drastically. Check it out yourself
Pros: best SoC in its price range

AnonD-295876, 10 Aug 2016Charge and discharge characteristics of Li-polymer are identical to other Li-ion systems and d... moreLithium ion is:
Higher in energy density.
Cheaper to manufacture.
More rigid in shapes and styles.
More internal resistance, for slower discharging, and lower amperages.
Has greater aging, even if not used for 1 year.
More explosive, so requires an IC circuit.
Lithium polymer is:
Moulderble, and flatter shapes.
Less internal resistance for faster discharging and higher amperages, at up to 65C continuously, or 135C in bursts!!!
By comparison, a typical RCR chemistry 18650 can only discharge at up to 5.8 amps.
While an IMR chemistry 18650 at 2000 mAH will discharge at up to 10 amps, though an IMR chemistry 18650 at a puny 1600 mAH can discharge at up to 15C, but for the diminished capacity.
Has less self aging, even if not used.
Less explosive, so no IC circuit required.
Less energy density.
Expensive to manufacture.
AnonD-569958, 10 Aug 2016And they have shitty battery Lithium-Ion Batteries began their development in 1912. However, they did not become popular until they were adopted by Sony in 1991. Lithium Ion Batteries have high energy-densities and cost less than lithium-polymer batteries. In addition, they do not require priming when first used and have a low self-discharge. However, lithium-ion batteries do suffer from aging even when not in use.
Lithium-polymer batteries can be dated back to the 1970s. Their first design included a dry solid polymer electrolyte that resembled a plastic film. Therefore, this type of battery can result in credit card thin designs while still holding relatively good battery life. In addition, lithium-polymer batteries are very lightweight and have improved safety. However, these batteries will cost more to manufacture and have a worse energy density than lithium-ion batteries.
AnonD-569958, 10 Aug 2016And they have shitty battery Charge and discharge characteristics of Li-polymer are identical to other Li-ion systems and do not require a dedicated charger. Safety issues are also similar in that protection circuits are needed. Gas buildup during charge can cause some prismatic and pouch cells to swell, and equipment manufacturers must make allowances for expansion. Li-polymer in a foil package may be less durable than Li-ion in the cylindrical package.
