Best phone for the buck. No doubt about it. Maybe best phone of 2016.
AnonD-564016, 25 Jul 2016I completely agree MIUI have no standard.HTC Sense and Lg Optimus is great after awesome Nexus... moreLG Optimus series have been discontinued long ago. It seems you are from the past. HTC Sense UI & Stock Android are just too plain and offers very little customization options and aren't feature packed. These ROMs are good for normal users who aren't much into customizing several aspects of the phone's user interface, don't want features or simply don't want to have control of the phone's software. Remember TouchWiz UI of Samsung? It used to be bloated with features and that made the user interface sluggish so Samsung had to trip features to make their UI smooth. Comparing these ROMs (HTC Sense UI, Stock Android) to MIUI is like comparing oranges to apples. MIUI is feature packed, offers plenty of customization options, the UI is polished which is simple yet elegant at the same time is very fluid. Everyone has different taste and for heavy users like me, MIUI is the best.

[deleted post]Gaurav i think u r from india...why a mobile should judge by wheather its launched in usa or not?have u ever heard the name hero moto corp(previously hero honda)?they also dont have usa market yet they r best seller for 10+years in a row...do u know what 'noob' means?
gaurav big-G, 25 Jul 2016MiUI heavy ROM over the Android(highly customized UI) and have no Standard.MIUI full of bugs.M... moreAs for MIUI, it's a feature packed, polished ROM that offers plenty of customization and is a heavy ROM and at the same time, is fluid. By polished, I mean the user interface is simple yet elegant. Remember TouchWiz UI of Samsung? It was so bloated and that made it sluggish, Samsung had to tone down some features and cut corners to make it smooth. As for EUI of LeEco brand, it is just a mess. In stock Android, there is nothing cool and is good only for those normal users who don't want features, don't know how to tweak the UI or something. Cyanogen OS is good but full of bugs. Yu smartphones (a subsidiary brand of Micromax) which packed Cyanogen OS had a lot of bugs and the partnership got over because devs at Cyanogen could've fix the bugs timely. Right now, the future don't look bright for Cyanogen. You are saying that most users don't like MIU? It is obvious that you don't stay updated with technology, MIUI has over 200 million users. It's certainly the best OEM ROM because even after offering so many customization options and features, it isn't sluggish like other ROMs. I'm talking about MIUI 7. MIUI 8 takes the user experience to the next level.

If I go to service center, Xiaomi will just update the rom.
But after having read feedback in miui forum, there are bugs in latest stable rom.
I wouldn't want update to a buggy rom.
[deleted post]Not popular in US? Sure, it's because Xiaomi hasn't entered the US market as of yet and aren't aggressive there. As you are probably someone from India, I'm sure you know how popular this phone is here. It always gets out of the stock. Just check a few articles of GSMArena's weekly "Top 10 Ranking Phones" and you can see, the Redmi Note 3 is at number one rank for 8-10 weeks consecutively! As for the brands you mentioned, they might be good for you so why not just use a phone from your favourite brand and be happy instead of whining like a kid on this forum.
Im an owner of both Le 2 and Rn3 i must say the kind of specs and features LeEco provides in Le 2 is unmatch with rn3 though both are same in pricing, processor is much better gaming nba 2k 15 force close on rn3 but on Le 2 it works with smooth gameplay, quick charge 2 is present and lack on rn3,display thanks to incell display on Le 2 the blacks looks deeper whereas purplish on rn3,watching movies is a treat in Le 2 and colors is eye poping and soft on rn3,LE 2 design wise and looks, very stylish and slim, premium and a great masterprice craftmanship cant believe its only 12k phone the stainless steel surround the phone looks really awesome on Le 2,even people in one mobile store i went just stare at my phone ,and one shopkeeper want to hold my phone so i gave him and he said where did you buy this phone it looks great and ask me how much i walked away i just said online,

I think most would simply want a stable rom, without spending time on rooting or even installing 3rd party rom.
Greenify may be a good solution if no rooting is required.
[deleted post]Hey bro,
If your phone is under warranty. Take it to the nearest service centre and check what the problem is? and try to avoid from updating your phone in future if you are facing any problem with the updates?
[deleted post]So you're basically collecting complaints made by random people who knows if they're even real users and trying to stir up things here? Lol, at least witness the issue firsthand and then complain.
AnonD-564016, 25 Jul 2016I completely agree MIUI have no standard.HTC Sense and Lg Optimus is great after awesome Nexus... moreBut stock UI doesn't offer much customization like on other UI. It gets boring on stock.
Anonymous, 25 Jul 2016I'm using stable version 7.2.5, every times after restart or charging, I've to force stop Goog... moreThe latest update is v184.108.40.206 LHOMIDE (172), just update your phone and after that, perform a reset. I'm currently on MIUI v220.127.116.11 and there are no major bugs faced by me. It is not necessary to reset your device after an update but it is recommended because after updating some old files in system remain in the system storage which aren't accessible for a normal user and this may create issues and resetting just cleans those files. If you have some knowledge of technology, you'd understand my point.
