I compare it with my PS Vita and my another phone (there is no heat at all). So is it happened too with your Asus and lenovo? Does redmi note 3 snapdragon better than note 3 mediatek? I mean heat issue?

Dont get fonfused with the pro version that will support SIM+SIM or SIM+MicroSD

Hi, I just bought redmi note 3 mediatek 3 gb 1 month ago. But the phone is overheating while charging, its just as hot as the battery charger. So I went to the seller and ask a change new unit, and he gave it. But when I charge the battery, again its overheating. I didn't use the phone at all, I turned off the data package. But after getting battery level 75% up, it began to cool down. I wonder if that is a fake redmi note 3. Or its the charachter of all xiaomi phones. The overheating is only when battery charging. Please help me. Should I just sell it? And change to Asus or lenovo?

Several things you need to know before you decide to go for this phone:
1) The battery duration is not quite as impressive as other 4000mAh, example Huawei Mate 7
2) Redmi Note 3 Pro aka Snapdragon 650 variant is a better choice than this at a small extra cost, it has better screen(contrast&color), longer battery durability, better camera(16mp) and higher performance(around 40%+)
3) Marshmallow wasn't be intended for this model at the moment because it isn't a flagship for Xiaomi.

go for Xiaomi.. better User Interface, Software support and overall user-experience is way much better. Not to mention, it has HW /back, home a and option/ buttons, which I find better in terms of potential problems, so this way is easier to solve any software issues

U can see in gsmarena on xiaomi phone......there is 2 type of redmi note 3 but many distributor are selling the Mediatek version....in Malaysia i can find only one shop selling the snapdragpn version.....others are selling the Mediatek version......dunno why
