Hello I m using redmi note 3 fon that's fon is a good phone I want to give marks this phone 100/100 because this phone features are best feature battery, ram,rom,camera,and all features are best features than other phone so I accept redmi note 3 phone is a real smart phone thanx to redmi note 3 team(Xiaomi)

A chinese is always chinese. I took this phone two months back brushing aside all negative comments, thinking it might be just few cases. I was wrong.
Took Redmi Note 3 in July, 2016. Within 3 months the wifi function of the phone stopped working. When I took it to the service centre they said, its a software problem, it ll be fine within a day. When I went back, they said its a hardware problem and we ll have to replace the motherboard, it ll take at least 30 days. I mean how can they make someone wait for 30 days. I asked the service say to give me my phone till the parts come. He said he cannot. Trust me guys, there were 10 more people who had come with the same problem. Some were saying then after replacement their phone isnt functioning like before.
These people are only taking money and cheating. The parts they replace it with I believe is lot cheaper and they reuse the parts in the phone we give for servicing.
So if ur going by its price tag, dont go for it. Its going to be a pain for u...

Never have heating isuee, play while charging no problem..just used chinese stable rom and unistall bloatware...its good phone for me

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2016Which is good? Redmi note 3 or Lenovo k5 note..Redmi Note 3. With latest MIUI version you will get cool features like dual app support which kind a handy. Also its easy fixable if it is bricked and its easy to root the devices. Try to get snapdragon version of the device. MTK chips i will not recommend. Also there is a pro version which support external SD card.

popcorn, 07 Sep 2016worst phone ever.. it tooks 5-8 hours to fully charged, always hanged.. it not worth it to buy... moreSome problem with your charger. Ask for replacement in mi customer care by showing online / off line bill.
Or you may be using local charger.
If so never do that.
From "0" to 50% it is coming in 45 mins.control apps back ground & usage of internet usage.
Don't use during charging. ( Data, calls or any thing) remove vibration mode for calls, typing, notifications.
Upgrade MIUI8 , remove flip cover during charging.
Still if problem persists, you post here

Restrict apps usage of data in back ground, due to which net speed will be improved, unnecessary usage in back ground will come down. don't use the phone during charging
