All of you who are having heating problem with xiaomi redmi note 3 please flash yr phone to the original china ROM without Google playstore. I also facing problems before this but after I flash it to the original china ROM all that bloatware apps which I suspect made my phone heating were gone. Just reinstall google apps and playstore manually. try it

donot go for it, 02 Sep 2016do not buy redmi note 3 ..all above mentioned comment is correct. I didn't believe these comme... moreI can not believe in your opinion because i have one for the last 10 months and only one time happen to me something like that (the screen was on all night).
I personally recommend this phone, is just like de Snapdragon version with no SD slot. The performance it's very good... The only thing is that not exist global rom.
The majority of the issues I have read here is just bad configuration of the phone, and I'm not blame you, Xiaomi insert ther own applications and very much personalization for his phones. Or maybe you just have bad luck, but a doubt it, I have buy 7 sometimes and all perform well.
When I have and issue it was for the rom that come with the phone, month ago. The sellers of China usually send the phone with ther own personal rom, full of issues and very bad tested. I installed official rom, and a full configuration and all problems resolve.

i bought the Redmi Note 3 three month before. But its overheating while connecting to the charger and WIFI and continous video playing (15-20) mins

worst phone ever.. it tooks 5-8 hours to fully charged, always hanged.. it not worth it to buy redmi note 3 (Mtk)..

I don't suggest this phone
I have purchased this phone in April .... and now I am facing various issues..... phone screen get blank many a times and you not be able to do anything ......not even cut a phone call ...
Also the worst part is Many times a day its shows .... SIM not available even when SIM is there inside the phone.... I have to switch off my phone every time when this happens and restart it again.......... this is terrible & very frustrating .......even after replacing my SIM ,I am facing this issue.......
