I am using mi note3 since last 5 days.
In my point of view overally phone is excellent. In first day I got heating problem a little. But after that iInever face any problem.

this phone have some restriction. all the time it does not allow to view something or whatever important work you are doing, for example. if you are reading this phone suddenly and automatically returns back to home screen or if you are viewing youtube this phone automatically will stop youtube and disturbing thing is it never allows chrome as the default browser, it has a pre-installed browser. and you can't disable the pre-installed browser. lots of pre-installed apps are useless and this phone never allows you to disable those apps and use what you want.

I am using this phone for 7 months. Also my brothers and many friend using it. None of them have faced any problem. U cant blame whole series for some defected device. All electronic brand devices can be faulty.

I purchase Mi note3, after received my note3 my note3 front camera blur pics, i try to call help line 4-5 days regular approx full day, mi redmi tollfree number is buzzii...............than i decide to go to mi service center, server center is full packed many persons are there, i take a ticket to meat service executive and my ticket no is "S45", i wait approx 5 hour and after that light gone and i am not able to meet service executive, know i use that phone and many things problem in that phone, don't know who can solve, .......i personally recommend please do not purchase Mi Redmi mobiles,

Redmi heating issues
Phone get heat up even when not in use, and just kept aside.

My phone hanged 4-5 times within 45 days.i purchased it 45 days before. Plzz dont this phone....
And there is heating problem also.
Can anyone how i overcome from this problem???

My RMN3 works perfectly fine with Miui 8 latest update. Overall it's a well build budget phone, but I have some gripes though, not much but still, worth mentioning:
- stuck pixels after just a few month from purchasing (LOTS OF THEM!!, not just 1 or 2)
- it can't be used as a GPS navigation in the car, specialy in summer, the phone heats up like CRAZY and dimms the display automaticaly and becames usless, you have to wait for it to cool down
- no news for update to Marshmelow, I think Loli is the end for this phone.
- no oficial service here in Romania, you have to relly on poor treind service guys who are not familiar with how to dissasamble the Xiaomi phones and for a simple usb port change, you get even more problems along the way
- to much options in settings, MAKE IT SIMPLE
-MediaTek SoC is garbage, sorry but that's the truth.

That is worse phone and have many problems hardisk heating hanging the customer care service has more poor I have a bill but they could not replace the phone
