akpm, 21 Aug 2016I Got Redmi note 3 on 20th AUG 2016. While charging both hand set and charger is getting heate... moreno dont replace it , happens when you charge with a power adapter both the units gets heated up.

I bought it on 16August.It works very nicely in day time but at night almost after 11
,it automatically shuts down and then when I opens it.It started hanging.Please tell me,why it is happening like and what should I do?

Please don't purchase redmi phones because if you are facing any problem by this phone and when you will go in their service centre regarding your phone problem they will not solve your problem. And if you will call on their own no. They will also not solve your problems I got very bad experience from xiaomi phones. Xiaomi please don't sale phone if you can't help customers it's a request...😯

I am confused between redmi note 3 and lenovo vibe k5 note (4GB RAM versi... moreRedmi Note 3 is having battery issues and strucking issues, But I searched and saw few mobiles which are having octa core processor and above processors are having heating issues while charging the device.
Normally the battery temperature should not be more than 38. But on Note 3 battery temperature will be at 43 or 44 C. It's not good for us.

I got my redmi note3 on 14/8/16 , and now within 4 days i m facing problems
like heating while charging
battery draining within 16 hrs for normal usage.
