Some devices are shipped with a firmware called vendor firmware. If you have on of those firmwares you will not get any updates.

the problem is that the wifi is not working properly it shut off by it self .

harish, 29 Jul 2016I ordered 2 day and there is front camera issue not working hence tell me how to return asapThat's because of the matt screen gard it comes with. Makes it blurred. So just remove it and use a tempered glass gard

i bought the Redmi Note 3 one month before. But its overheating while connecting to the charger and WIFI and continous video playing (15-20) mins. As pe the customercare suggestion, i tested the battery test and its crossed 47.5 C. First they accepted to replace, but still i facing so much issue for replace. Wrost customer care i ever seen. they providing more than 4 request no.

I just recieved the new xiaomi redmi note 3 pro but I have a big problem. the battery is stacked between 97-98% and after 2 days the phone switch off showing still 97%. After contacting the seller, he told me to turn it back and give me back the money or keep it and give me back 50$. So maybe there is no xiami warranty at all.
