phone is fine but problem comes when if there is any problem with ur device mi has got the worst customer service ever u can imagine for the god sake dont buy this from offficial mi site if u recieve defective piece u have to deal with it no refund only once replacement it has been such a pain using this phone performance is awesome but service is horrible i prefer to go for lenovo or any others which provide good customer service ..
p.s: for the love of god plz plz dont buy this phone from mi site its the worst experience of my entire life ..and i finally decided not to use any smart phone in my life.

Vikram , 23 May 2016Heating too much while using two minutes how to reduce the heating problem I'm using redmi note 3, first its kind of hot, so i try use No-frills CPU Control, change the processor clock from 2 ghz to 1,183 ghz, now its work greatly.... battery work really well, it can stand up to 36 hours now. I can still play game ... do some reading, make a phone call, this handled work nicely, ...

Hey guyz...m using this phn ,I didnt found any such issues..this phn is superb..below 13000rs u will get al the high quality specifications like iphone. Plz dnt confuse other....my opinion this to go for Mi note 3..super touch super camera... thnk u

Yes, phone gets heated soon however I had updated the software and I'm not able to use my contacts for whats app, really annoying
