Purchased Redmi note 3, three months ago, and the problems are started. Like it takes around 10 minutes to install an application like Facebook . Same problem occurs while receiving or sending any application like whatsapp via Bluetooth, it takes around 10-15 minutes to complete it. Phone hangs alot.

redmi note 3 i bought it in December from beginning onwards it's Getting very heat while charging it and also when using for 15min
One day Suddenly shutdown my mobile and it is not started by 2hrs
What should I do?

Its really a bad phone it has lots of problems and each time they just call me for software update but actually it has problem with phone though it has just been 10days since i have purchased my cell phone and it has been started showing its level.

I have talked with your company representative about my complete but I am not satisfied with his response.I have purchased this Redmi phone in the month of October 2016 and it has some battery problem, I explained the same but he directly refused to change it. It is against the policy. I think, I should take action against Flipkart company.

I have had this phone for 3 months and looking at my phone the condition is excellent but aux port doesn't work, volume and lock buttons don't work, phone can't read sim card half the time and all phone calls are always muted forcing me to always call the person back. It is a terrible phone and don't recommend it to anyone.

4months experience in redmi note3 use, the main drawbacks is
hybrid SIM slot not accept DUAL SIM and SD card in same slot you have to sacrifice one ,
next camera is very poor quality image capture with blur,
and proximity sensor is some time not working.

I am using this phone from 1 month. Every thing is ok. But i am facing the problem if touch. Sometimes touch not work. I unlocked the phone with finger print sensor. Power and volume button also work. Then i have to reboot the phone by pressing both volume button an power button then phone work properly.
How can I solve this problem??
