I purchased Redmi Note 3 mobile last week. and found this issue in just 2 days. After calling someone , the screen does dark ( not visible ) unable to view the screen so i cant do anythg even i cant end the call . have to wait for other person to end the call / or switch off the mobile to get back screen .
Is this defect or do we have any other solution to resolve this issue.
Please suggest.

I started using this phone recently and its matching up to my expectation. Camera clarity is good. But the battery backup is not upto the mark since they have specified that battery life to be 4050 MaH. At times there seems to be network congestion while using this phone.

All is perfect except battery, mine is 3gb version and i flashed china and eu roms before, both drains battery very fast,like 1% per 3-4minute,even just normal browsing with 4G data, which does not happen in Snapdragon version.

When you open the phone do not unlock it with fingerprint but do it normally from screen. It will ask you for sim pass and u ll be OK.

Memory card and both sim cards are not used at a time. We only use 1 sim and memory card or 2 sim without memory card. If you want to use both sim as well as memory card then don't buy this phone

heating while charging and net usage
some time FP not detecting...
good budget phone for simple users...
and also feeling bulky while carring the phone..
