I have problems with network especially sim 1 most people call but it's always out of reach when I have the sim card in place and my phone on. And my camera is dragging when I am using it to shoot live videos for Facebook..if possible I am requesting a system apps updater for my camera so it doesn't drag.. otherwise I love this phone

Have this surviver phone since 2019.August. Battery was very impressive first year(one charge a day), now my phone addiction took a lot battery life, so need fast charge after 4h heavy social media surfing. Android works very well and fast. My phone have book type case and extra layer glass. I want upgrade to Redmi Note 10 pro, but this phone after 2 years still is fire🔥 9/10

I have bought this phone last year. Since then, I have experienced a lot of problems with wi-fi as well as data connection. The internet is dropping out randomly. Therefore, I'm missing important notifications but also when I'm e.g. on youtube suddenly wi-fi or data disconnect from the network. This phone has all the features that I wanted: 3.5mm jack port, infared, nice big screen etc. However, with this problem I have to let if go and sell it.

I bought redmi note 7 last year but it's a fraud and Have just one camera and 2nd camera is fake any redmi authority can confirm by any person.
Before that I was using redmi 5x that has real dual cameras but note 7 has fake camera and results are so disappointed.

I've been using Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 for two years now, and my phone is good as new except the battery. I'm a heavy, uhm, moba gamer and yet it still not laggy. Just the battery is slightly weakened. From maybe 10 hours and now just 8 or 7 hours of continuous gaming.
The buttons of my phone is still good now, because I use the fingerprint scanner and the lock screen on notification bar so I rarely use my power button, and my headset has a volume controller too.
I think its about the handling of phone, because as a girl I always keep my phone in a case, and inside my bag so it is always safe. I don't know why some here say they have defective battery now or buttons, maybe because you use them while charging or always using buttons while playing music.

REVIEW AFTER 2yrs
I bought this phone 2 years ago when it came to Europe. Yes battery is weaker than before but still I finish my day with around 20% and I'm heavy user. Only issue that I can report is screen ghosting that started showing 2 months ago, when brightness is on max and I'm reading something with white background. When I lower brightness and browse dark pages it goes away. With dark mode and half brightness it doesn't show again.
