Its sealed shut with glass back with not heatsink. The heat created damage your phone battery life. So basically you killed your own phone playing PUBG. Good job!

I hv been using mine for almost 3 years now...its often laggy especially when playing pubg, also my battery is completely dead can't even turn it on without placing on charge
Since there are people still asking about fast charging, the cheapest solution is buying a QC3.0 charger, and use back the phone supplied cable will do the trick. It may not be very fast due to conservative fast charging, but still faster when you want the phone to fill up the battery capacity up to 70%. No need look for QC4.0 and USB-PD charger since the charging speed is the same with QC3.0. Now QC3.0 adapter is very cheap, and regardless of brand and model, you get the same full fast speed charging.
Nick, 17 Dec 2021Does it support Power Deliver (PD Charging) ?It does support PD charging, but also max at 18W only.
kim, 08 Feb 2022When will you update the operating system?, it's not 5G compatitleIt's never going to support 5G, an OS update cannot upgrade a 4G phone to 5G. You're gonna have to buy a new phone for that.
I updated my redmi note 7,and have been having issues with my front camera, it is nt responding
Any suggestions please?
I'm still using the same phone after 3 years. Just flashed with custom rom recently, it works like new phone. The stock rom indeed quite laggy, memory consuming, lots of bloatware and battery draining fast.
