Anonymous, 08 Aug 2023I use this phone. The original battery is dead. I changed it and that is also dead. I've been using this phone from August 2019 with average daily screen time of 6+ hrs(7-8 hrs in covid lockdown) and it still runs fine. Of course it has RAM issues and lag but its natural for any phone which is 4 years old. The battery life is pretty good because I never charged it beyond 90% and never let it go below 15%. I got this one for 12000 inr and today a phone with similar specs will easily be priced above 20000inr.

very good phone. using it for last 6 years. still excellent condition. i bought a very good phone case protector for this phone which helped to use this phone for 6 years even though i must have dropped 100 times

Great solid phone with excellent camera.. build to last...now it's about 4 years I am using this.Still feels like new.Thanks Xiaomi.

Using since 2019, still working properly without any issues there was battery draining issue but around 3-4 month ago replaced battery through official service centre and now no issue
On of the best line-up for redmi series after that series I don't trust xiaomi any more

4 years of usage, still using the same. Only battery downgraded elsewhere everything works fine

This phone is awesome..I'm using the 6/128GB variant..Cameras are crystal clear with its half inch sensor.. battery life is good too..though the phone gets very hot but I have no issues..solid phone..
