Anonymous, 04 Mar 2019When you put a review of this phone, please tell if the phone is using pulse width modulation ... morei guess its pwm as most of mi devices i have seen are pwm
P650SE, 04 Mar 2019I have the same problem. My eyes are very sensitive to PWM. I first found out when I had a ZTE... moreSome people are even sensitive to frqeuncy level of 10000 hz or above and pwm mostly gets activated in low brightness therefore it has become very necessary to know if the phone display is using pwm or not and if it its using then under how much brightness level and at what frequency it is using.
Mediatek sux, 03 Mar 2019No way what? Redmi 6 you mean? Nope, the 5+
Anonymous, 04 Mar 2019When you put a review of this phone, please tell if the phone is using pulse width modulation ... moreI have the same problem. My eyes are very sensitive to PWM. I first found out when I had a ZTE Axon 7 which uses 240Hz AMOLED. I experienced terrible eyestrain and headaches. But since the Redmi Note 7 Pro uses IPS I don't think PWM will be anywhere near as bad. I would expect a frequency of around 2300Hz which should not cause symptoms. You can always find PWM values in NotebookCheck reviews.

Bonsama, 04 Mar 2019rn7 or poco? Yes
When you put a review of this phone, please tell if the phone is using pulse width modulation or not (Brightness flickering) , many buyers are very sensitive to pwm and they find problems in using a pwm device , so do show if the display is using pwm or not under the display review
Baaaaaaaaaaad. No upgrade CAMs? 6.5" ? I did not expect. BAD 4n.

Man Utd, 03 Mar 2019as poco f1 uses imx363 with 1.4 micron pixel I was confused. So u mean to say that RN7 has 1.... moreYeah. Pixel binning works by combining data of 2 adjacent pairs of pixels. Thus a 48mp camera with 0.8 micron size can be binned to 12mp with 1.6. Just check YouTube, there r so many videos that explains this well.
As it was mentioned in launch event that since 48mp pic will use around 15-20 mb and is available in pro mode but you can take pictures at 12mp using normal mode.
RN7 also allows you to take pics at 12mp
So practically 12mp shooter in RN7pro will be used more than 48/pro mode. So does it make sense in investing more for a feature we will use less.
Should not we get pocco f1 than(when in discount)
If I am a buyer of Redmi Note 7 recently, I should be angry with Redmi company (i.e. Xiaomi) as it waste my money by launching Redmi Note 7 pro. Of course I want a good value money.
