In terms of software, this phone is a huge disappointment. Now the phone got the Android 11 and got terrible issues, more particularly Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting every 2-15 mins, it sucks cuz it never happened before and its super annoying esp when I play mobile games, already contacted and sent feedback but it only made me realize that Xiaomi needs to work on their customer service too

Itz very painful to use this phone.... too much lag here and there... im getting a new Samsung phone.

I have had the phone for some months now...the update seemed to slow down the phone a bit but the performance seemed to have picked back up. Have not had any problems thus far, only the occasional lag switching between apps. Totally worth the price for what it provides.
